Returns & Exchanges
NO REFUND OR RETURNS UNLESS THERE IS A DEFECT! ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL We value your satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges on orders for any product received incorrectly by our shipping department or have a manufacturing defect. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase Solar Escape & FilthyShirt.com will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the shipment date. All of our products can be returned for an exchange ONLY IF THERE IS A DEFECT OR AN ERROR WAS MADE BY OUR COMPANY..

We DO NOT except returns on our Swimwear, G-string, thong and tonga bottom, underwear, tanning lotion, custom designed Shirts, or clothing and CLEARANCE or sale items.

If there is a DEFECT, All exchanges must be made within 15 days from your invoice date. Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you placed your order for a refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address. We never refund shipping and handling charges.

A restocking fee of up to 15% - 25% may be charged on returns/refunds. Returns with a value exceeding $500.00 will be subject to a 25% - 30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to change our return policy at any giving time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution. You should ensure the accuracy of your entire order before placing your order to avoid returns and exchanges.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you 50% of items cost and return the items to you.

If you wish to exchange an item, Email our department then please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We offer no warranty once the tags are removed.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please follow the directions below for return of your item.

International Orders

Delivery time of International orders vary anywhere from 7 – 30 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. The cost of shipping outside of the United States will vary depending on the size of your order. You will be contacted by us once your order is placed and notified of your shipping costs at that time. US Shipping rates DO NOT apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and fees imposed by other countries.

Solar Escape, LLC or FilthyShirt.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed in the event a product on any of our sites is listed with an incorrect price due to an error we received from any of our suppliers or typographical error made by Solar Escape, LLC or FilthyShirt.com, Solar Escape, LLC or FilthyShirt.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Solar Escape, LLC or FilthyShirt.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in an event your order was canceled and your card was charged due to any of the terms mentioned above.
